Every Email Tool Charges You More as Your List Grows

Mailchimp Essentials at 10,000 contacts is $135 a month. Klaviyo at 10,000 contacts is $150 a month. ConvertKit Creator at 10,000 contacts is $99 a month. ActiveCampaign at 10,000 contacts is $99 a month. Push your list to 50,000 and those numbers triple. Push to 100,000 and they double again.

The pricing model is designed to punish growth. Build your audience, pay more. Acquire customers, pay more. Run a winning lead magnet, pay more. Every email tool on the SaaS market scales its pricing with your contact count, which means the better you do at acquiring contacts, the bigger your monthly bill becomes.

Worse, none of them live inside WordPress. Your contacts live in Mailchimp. Your customers live in WordPress. Your CRM data lives somewhere else again. The campaign tool is a separate database, sitting next to four other databases, with API connectors and Zapier zaps stitching them together. When someone unsubscribes from a Mailchimp campaign, your WordPress CRM doesn't know. When you tag a contact as VIP in your CRM, your email tool doesn't know.

Auto Form CRM gives you a complete WordPress email campaign system inside the same install that holds your contacts, tags, lists, deals, tasks, workflows, and WooCommerce data — one flat annual price per site.

Unlimited contacts. Unlimited campaigns. Unlimited sends.

Four Reasons This Replaces Your Per-Contact Email Tool

01

Per-site pricing, not per-contact

Personal at $149 a year covers one WordPress site with unlimited contacts and unlimited campaigns. Grow from 1,000 to 100,000 contacts and the price stays the same. Most teams pay $1,800 to $16,800 a year on Mailchimp or Klaviyo for the same volume. Auto Form CRM is $149 a year flat.

02

WordPress-native by design

Campaigns run on your WordPress install. Recipients come from your WordPress database. Templates live in your WordPress files. Sends use your WordPress mail layer. Your customer data never leaves your server. Cancel anytime and every campaign, template, and send record stays where it always was.

03

Reusable templates with per-campaign override

Build a template once. Use it across as many campaigns as you want. Every field — subject line, from name, from email, reply-to — can be overridden per campaign without touching the template. Leave a field blank and the template default kicks in. The template stays clean. Your campaigns stay flexible.

04

Lives inside your CRM, not next to it

Segment by All Contacts, a specific Custom List, or contacts carrying a Tag. The recipient list updates live as you build. Unsubscribed and bounced contacts are excluded by default — no separate suppression list to manage. Your CRM and your email tool are the same tool, with the same source of truth.

WordPress Email Campaigns Built in Under Five Minutes

Sending a WordPress email campaign shouldn't require a checklist. Four guided steps with a visual progress indicator at the top of every screen. Save as a draft at any step. Pick up where you left off.

1 Details
2 Content
3 Recipients

Details

Name your campaign for internal reference. Select a template from your saved library or create a new one. That’s the whole step.

Content

Pre-fills from the template. Override subject line, from name, from email, or reply-to for this campaign only. Use merge tags like {{first_name}} for personalization.

Recipients

Choose All Contacts, a specific List, or Contacts with a Tag. Unsubscribed and bounced excluded by default. Recipient count and a 5-contact preview update live.

4

Send

Send Immediately ships now. Schedule for Later reveals a date/time picker. A Review panel summarizes the campaign. The button adapts: Send Now or Schedule Campaign.

Build the Template Once. Override Per Campaign.

This is the feature that separates Auto Form CRM from every "build from scratch every time" email tool — fast reuse for the 90% of campaigns that follow your standard pattern, frictionless customization for the 10% that need something different.

Step 2 · Content

Template: Monthly Newsletter
Subject lineOverridden

Reply-toFrom template

Build the template once

Set the subject line, sender identity, and content fields you use most often. Save it. Next campaign, pick it from the dropdown — every field pre-fills. You’re ready to send in under a minute.

Override per campaign

Need a tweaked subject, a different reply-to, a special from-name for one promo send? Edit the field in the Content step. The change applies to this campaign only. The underlying template stays clean and reusable.

Reusable across campaigns

Welcome sequences, monthly newsletters, promotional sends, win-back campaigns, transactional alerts — each gets its own template, each saves you minutes of setup every time you send.

“Or create a new template”

A pink link directly below the template selector lets you build a new template from inside the campaign wizard. Templates live in the same WordPress install as everything else.

Deliverability-First Recipients

The Audience Selection That Protects Your Sender Reputation

Every email tool that scales contact pricing also tends to underprotect your sender reputation. Auto Form CRM ships with deliverability-first defaults out of the box.

Three audience modes

All Contacts sends to every subscribed contact — newsletters and broad announcements. Specific List sends to a saved Custom List. Contacts with Tag sends to everyone carrying a specific tag — and tags update automatically through workflows.

Default exclusions that protect your domain

Two exclusion checkboxes are checked by default. Unsubscribed contacts are removed automatically — no manual suppression list. Bounced addresses are removed automatically, because re-mailing them increases your spam complaint rate and damages your reputation with Gmail, Outlook, and Yahoo.

Live audience preview

A summary count tells you exactly how many contacts will receive the campaign. A preview list shows the first five recipients with names and addresses, plus an "...and N more" counter. Before you click Send, you know precisely who you're emailing. No surprises.

Send Immediately or Queue for Later

Some campaigns need to ship the moment you finish them. Some need to wait for the optimal send window. Auto Form CRM lets you choose at the Send step.

Send Immediately

Select it and the primary button changes to “Send Now.” Click and the campaign ships to every contact in your selected audience within seconds. Best for transactional sends, time-sensitive alerts, and campaigns where the optimal moment is right now.

Schedule for Later

Select it and a date/time picker appears. Pick any future date and time. The primary button changes to “Schedule Campaign.” Click and the campaign queues to ship automatically. Best for newsletters, date-tied promos, and peak-engagement sends.

Review before you send

A Review Campaign panel sits beside the timing selector, showing campaign name, subject line, template, and send timing. If timing reads “Scheduled: Not set,” the system reminds you to pick a date before the button activates.

Save Draft at any step

Every step — Details, Content, Recipients, Send — has a Save Draft button. Pause at any point and the partial campaign is saved as a Draft. Pick up where you left off any time. Drafts appear under the Draft filter.

Every Campaign Tracked Open by Open, Click by Click

Every Auto Form CRM campaign opens to a complete analytics view the moment it ships — seven KPIs, a top clicked links report, and a per-recipient tracking table with status filters.

Seven KPIs at a glance

Sent, Delivered (with rate), Opened (with rate), Clicked (with rate), Bounced, Unsubscribed, and Total Clicks with a unique-clickers count — visible on every campaign without clicking through reports.

Per-recipient tracking

Every contact who received the campaign, with a status pill, open count, click count, and send timestamp. “Yes (3x)” shows engagement intensity per contact, not just yes/no.

Filter recipients by status

All, Delivered, Opened, Clicked, Bounced, Failed. Filter to Clicked, export the list, run your follow-up. Filter to Bounced, identify the addresses, take action.

WordPress Email Campaigns That Read Your Whole CRM

The campaigns don't run on a separate database. They run on the same WordPress database that holds your contacts, tags, lists, custom fields, deals, tasks, workflows, and WooCommerce customer records.

Contacts as the recipient pool

Every contact in your CRM is a potential recipient. Subscription status, bounce history, tag assignments, list memberships, and lifecycle stage all factor into recipient selection automatically.

Contact Management

Tags drive segmentation

The Contacts with Tag mode connects directly to your CRM tag system. Tag a contact through a workflow, a form, manual assignment, or automation — they immediately become eligible for tag-based campaigns.

Tags

Custom Lists drive segmentation

The Specific List mode connects to your Custom Lists feature. Build a dynamic list using filters — status, tags, custom field values, WooCommerce history — and the list updates automatically.

Custom Lists

Workflow Automation drives lifecycle

11 email-related triggers: Email Opened, Link Clicked, Bounced, Unsubscribed, Sent, plus six campaign-level events. Email campaigns become a node in the broader CRM automation graph, not a standalone silo.

Workflow Automation

Custom Fields drive personalization

Merge tags work with any contact field in your CRM. {{first_name}} is the example shown in the wizard helper text. The system supports merge tags pulled from your contact data, including custom fields.

Custom Fields

Unsubscribes auto-protect your reputation

When a contact unsubscribes from any campaign, their subscription status updates across your entire CRM. The unsubscribe is honored at the CRM level, not just within one campaign.

Contact Management
From the Founder

I Built WordPress Email Campaigns That Don't Punish Me for Growing My List

I ran my marketing through Mailchimp for years. Then I migrated to Klaviyo because the marketing was getting more sophisticated. Then I evaluated ConvertKit, ActiveCampaign, and a half-dozen others trying to find one that didn't bill me by the contact.

The math always ended the same way. Build my list to 10,000 contacts and the bill became $135 a month, then $150, then $99, depending on which tool I was on. Grow to 25,000 contacts and the bill doubled. Grow to 50,000 and it tripled. Every time I succeeded at acquiring contacts, my email tool became more expensive. The better I did, the more I paid.

Worse, none of these tools lived inside WordPress. My customer data was in WordPress. My CRM was on WordPress. My WooCommerce store ran on WordPress. But my email campaigns lived in someone else's cloud. Every campaign required syncing contacts back and forth. Every unsubscribe took a day to propagate. Every send went through a different sender domain than my actual website.

So I built WordPress email campaigns the way they should have been from the start.

Templates that live in my own WordPress install. Recipients pulled live from my own CRM. Tags and lists shared across the whole platform. Unsubscribes that update the source of truth instantly. Pricing that doesn't punish me for growing my list.

The math is the punchline. Grow my list to 100,000 contacts on Klaviyo and the bill is $1,400 a month — $16,800 a year. On Auto Form CRM, 100,000 contacts costs $149 a year flat. The list size doesn't change the price.

Auto Form CRM vs Mailchimp

Mailchimp dominated email for a decade and the pricing has crept up steadily. By 10,000 contacts on Essentials, $135 a month or $1,620 a year. By 50,000, $300 a month or $3,600 a year. Auto Form CRM gives you WordPress email campaigns for $149 a year flat, regardless of list size, hosted on your own server.

Auto Form CRM vs Klaviyo

Klaviyo is the dominant e-commerce choice and prices accordingly — $150/mo at 10,000, $700/mo at 50,000, $1,400/mo at 100,000. Powerful, but structurally hostile to growth. Auto Form CRM gives you native WooCommerce integration through the WooCommerce CRM module for a flat $149 a year.

Auto Form CRM vs ConvertKit & ActiveCampaign

Both are excellent creator/SMB tools with per-contact pricing that scales aggressively — about $99/mo at 10,000 and $299/mo at 50,000. And the data lives in their cloud. Auto Form CRM keeps your contact data and campaigns on your WordPress server, billed at a flat per-site price.

Auto Form CRM vs other WordPress plugins

FluentCRM, MailPoet, and Groundhogg exist. The differentiation is depth. Auto Form CRM ships email campaigns as part of a unified CRM with contact management, deal pipeline, tasks, meetings, workflow automation, WooCommerce intelligence, dashboards, and custom fields — all connecting natively without configuration.

Unlimited contacts, unlimited campaigns, every feature — for $149 a year.

Built for Operators Tired of Per-Contact Pricing

WordPress site owners with growing lists

You built your list to 10,000, 25,000, or 100,000 contacts. Your Mailchimp or Klaviyo bill is climbing every quarter. You want a WordPress-native solution that doesn’t punish you for acquiring contacts.

WooCommerce stores running customer marketing

Your customers and order data live in WordPress. Your email tool lives somewhere else. Auto Form CRM puts them in the same database — segment on RFM scores, lifetime value, lifecycle stage, and recent purchase behavior natively.

Course creators and coaches

You sell high-ticket programs and need to nurture your list through detailed sequences. Per-subscriber pricing turns growth into a tax. WordPress-native email campaigns turn growth into pure upside.

Service businesses sending client comms

Lawyers, accountants, consultants, agencies. You send periodic updates to your client base. Twenty clients or two thousand, the price stays the same.

WordPress agencies managing client campaigns

Run WordPress email campaigns for every client account on their own install. Standardize templates across every client brand. Bill for email marketing as a service line.

Solo operators tired of per-list pricing

You’re a one-person shop or tiny team, tired of being charged more every time your list grows. Auto Form CRM Personal at $149 a year covers your full email campaign system plus the rest of the CRM.

The Questions Buyers Actually Ask About WordPress Email Campaigns

No. Unlimited contacts on every pricing tier. The Personal tier at $149 a year handles the same volume as the Agency tier at $499 a year. Limited only by your database and server capacity, which for any standard WordPress install is far beyond what most businesses need.

No. Unlimited campaigns. Send one a month or ten a day, the price stays the same.

Yes. Auto Form CRM is a WordPress plugin. Install it on your existing WordPress site, activate it, and start building campaigns. No separate hosting, no separate platform, no data migration required.

Build a campaign template once with subject line, from name, from email, reply-to address, and content. Save it. When you create a campaign, select the template from the dropdown and every field pre-fills. Edit any field in the Content step to override it for that specific campaign only. The underlying template stays clean for the next campaign.

Yes. Three audience modes are available. All Contacts sends to every subscribed contact. Specific List sends to a saved Custom List you’ve built using contact filters. Contacts with Tag sends to every contact carrying a specific CRM tag.

Yes. Both exclusions are checked by default on every campaign. Unsubscribed contacts are automatically removed from your audience. Bounced email addresses are automatically removed to protect your sender reputation. Both protections happen at the CRM level, so they apply across every campaign you send.

Yes. The Send step offers two timing options. Send Immediately ships the campaign within seconds. Schedule for Later reveals a date and time picker and queues the campaign to ship at your chosen moment automatically.

Yes. Every step of the campaign wizard has a Save Draft button. Save partial campaigns at any step and return to them later from the Drafts filter on the Campaigns list page.

Use merge tags like {{first_name}} anywhere in your subject line and content to insert contact-specific values. The merge tags pull from contact data in your CRM, including standard fields like first name and email and the custom fields you’ve defined.

Yes. Every sent campaign opens up to a complete analytics view showing seven KPIs (Sent, Delivered, Opened, Clicked, Bounced, Unsubscribed, Total Clicks), a Top Clicked Links report ranking which URLs in your email got the most clicks, and a per-recipient table showing the open count and click count for every contact who received the campaign. Filter the recipients table by status (All, Delivered, Opened, Clicked, Bounced, Failed) to slice the audience instantly.

Yes. The Workflow Automation engine includes 11 email-related triggers: Email Opened, Link Clicked, Bounced, Unsubscribed, Sent, plus six campaign-level events. Build automations that fire based on email engagement and route contacts through follow-up sequences.

Yes, as long as they remain subscribed. Auto Form CRM tracks subscription status at the CRM level. Subscribed contacts can receive any number of campaigns. Unsubscribed contacts are automatically excluded from every future campaign.

Yes. Every template, every campaign, every send record, every recipient list — stored in your own WordPress database on your own server. Nothing syncs to Auto Form CRM’s cloud. Your data stays where it always was.
